With 14 years’ experience in the insights industry, Binita Bhattacharya manages Human Factors research, Industrial Design, and Data Science for the R&D organization at West Pharmaceutical Services—a leading manufacturer of packaging components and delivery systems for injectable drugs and healthcare products. She has responsibility for identifying unmet needs, user testing and oversight for industrial design for product development efforts, and leading the data science team in the U.S. Before joining West, Bhattacharya worked at Becton, Dickinson & Co., supporting insight needs for strategic innovation groups and R&D. She has a BS/BA in Biological Anthropology/Psychology from Kent State University, an MA in Clinical Psychology from Binghamton University, and an MBA from Rutgers University.
