Donna Bibber has assisted in over 1,000 micro molding and assembly device programs. Her plastics engineering background, expertise, and unique problem-solving skills earned her an excellent reputation and is recognized nationally and internationally for her work in micro manufacturing. Bibber’s expertise in intraocular implants, bio-resorbable polymers, and PEEK implants gave rise to many new devices commercially available today. She is a member of the Society of Biomaterials and Society of Plastics Engineers. Bibber has also been a regular speaker at medical and drug delivery conferences and has published a number of technical papers on micro molding and micro assembly. She graduated with a BS in Plastics Engineering from University of Massachusetts—Lowell.
