Bob Waitt is the global business manager for Elkem Silicones’ Healthcare segment. He has spent nearly 20 years in the silicone supply and fabrication industry, with a primary focus on medtech and pharma markets. He has held a range of functional leadership roles, including engineering, operations, quality, and sales and marketing. Waitt holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children at their home outside of Boston, Massachusetts.
